In their latest developer blog, Cryptic lays out the details on the game’s currencies, which should all sound familiar to players of other Cryptic and Perfect World Games.
Much like Astral Diamonds in Neverwinter, players will earn Unrefined Aether in Magic: Legends, which can be refined into Aether at a maximum of 50k per day.
Aether can be exchanged for Zen which also can be bought for cash and spent in the Zen store.
Players will also earn gold that can be spent or earned at the Broker by buying or selling items. An auction house in other words.
Another way to earn rewards and items is the Battlepass which will have “50 levels of rewards, and include both Free and Premium tracks.”
